Our savoir-faire

Travail de la terre des pieds de vignes Beurton & Fils

A skilled job

We perform all the manual tasks that the vines require with constant and careful care, from pruning to harvesting, along with disbudding, lifting and tying, trellising and trimming.

Our attention is focused on environmental protection as well as growing and harvesting high-quality grapes. For this purpose, our vineyards are either partially or fully grassed and some plots are ploughed. The protection of our vineyards against climatic hazards is always conducted in a responsible and thoughtful manner with the utmost respect for Mother Nature.

Benjamin Beurton observant une grappe de raisins

From the vineyards to the cellars

Benjamin closely monitors every stage of the winemaking process, from the vineyards to the winery, from the freshness and quality of the grapes to the tasting of each cuvée.

In our winery, our Champagnes receive the greatest care and attention. The bottles age peacefully in our cellars before being disgorged, labelled and shipped or personally delivered to our customers.

All of our hard work and efforts finally pay off when our wines please and delight the most demanding palates. The secrets of our champagne making have been passed down from generation to generation originating from the heart of our family heritage. This is the true key to our success.
