Marinette AND Gérard Beurton
Gérard Beurton and Marinette Vincent, two natives of Cuchery and Baslieux-sous-Châtillon decided to unite their destinies and their vineyards in 1974, giving birth to Champagne Beurton & Fils. Both were born into agricultural and winegrowing families and together, they embarked upon this adventure with a total of 0.33 hectares.
While Marinette oversaw the work in the vineyards, Gérard focused his attention on the commercial aspect of the business and the development of a private pressing centre, helping take the Champagne House’s reputation to a new level.
Katy and Benjamin Beurton
With such a remarkable family winemaking legacy, there is no doubt that wine is in Benjamin’s blood! He officially took the reins in 2005 and became the Head of the Champagne House. He displays the same passion and dedication as his father in supporting the interests of the wine producers. Benjamin uses a hands-on approach, carefully managing his vineyards and working closely with his team. He quickly adopted eco-friendly practices inspired by the principles of organic winegrowing.
Benjamin is fully backed by his wife Katy. She manages the administration, sales, communication and marketing of the Champagne House, drawing upon her extensive experience acquired after working for some of the most prestigious Champagne Houses. The export operations at Champagne Beurton & Fils have grown substantially thanks to her input and knowledge.
Katy and Benjamin share the same passion for high standards, dedication and hard work. A natural connection was quickly established between the couple, united in the transmission of a legacy and Savoir-Faire.
